For every trip in the catalogue there is another company on the ground that owns or hires the vehicles, employs the guides, holds the beds and carries whatever licences its work calls for. That company runs the journey. Pine Gazette Bookings LLC reads what a traveller asks for, works out which company fits it, and places a reservation in the traveller's name.
3: These terms attach when somebody uses this site, sends the form, writes to bookings@thepinegazette.com or telephones +1 (504) 832-6194 about a trip. Reading a page and asking for a figure are both covered. Once a place is held, the operating company's own agreement stands alongside these clauses for everything to do with the journey itself, and clause seven says how the two fit together.
4: Money travels between the traveller and the operating company, and it passes this office at no point. There is no checkout on any page, no deposit facility, no card field and no card number in any file kept here. The operating company bills the traveller in its own name and on its own schedule. Money for a trip is billed by the operating company, and a refund of that money is a matter between the traveller and that company under the terms of the departure in question.
17: The text, the photographs and the arrangement of the catalogue belong to Pine Gazette Bookings LLC. Anybody may read these pages, print them and quote a short passage with the page named. Copying the catalogue wholesale, putting the text out again under another name, or running automated collection against the site falls outside that permission.
18: These terms are governed by the law of Louisiana, and matters arising between a visitor and Pine Gazette Bookings LLC belong to the courts of that state. Where a traveller contracts with an operating company, that company's own agreement names the law governing the journey, and it is often a different one; the written offer identifies which.
19: This page is revised when the work behind it changes, and a revision applies to requests received after it goes up. A place already held keeps the wording that stood here at the time, alongside the operator's terms for that departure, and anyone who wants that wording can ask for it at bookings@thepinegazette.com.
